Job summary

Kenneth Copeland Ministries (KCM) is seeking an Executive Director, Partner Growth & Development to lead the growth and lifecycle of our donor base. This senior leader will own acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation efforts, coordinating Partner Relations and Ministerial Relations for end-to-end donor stewardship.

The role requires a proven track record in large-scale individual-donor or membership growth, a strong faith alignment, and expertise in multi-channel fundraising,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record in donor development or direct-response fundraising at scale.
• Experience leading multi-channel acquisition, cultivation, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
• Strong content strategy and multi-channel editorial ownership across channels.
• Fluent with analytics, attribution, cohort/LTV modeling, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor acquisition, retention, and reactivation funnel end-to-end.
• Oversee Partner Relations and Ministerial Relations for high-touch engagement with key donors.
• Set KPIs, budgets, and channel mix to optimize acquisition costs and lifetime value.
• Direct content strategy and production across email, direct mail, video, and digital channels.
• Partner with BI/analytics to test, measure, and optimize campaigns.
