A non-profit organization in New York is seeking a Donor Greeter to provide excellent customer service to donors and manage donations. As a Donor Greeter, you will greet donors promptly, unload donations, and prepare donations for processing. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be willing to work flexible hours. • Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors
• Report an accurate daily donor count
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing
• Provide world‑class customer service to all customers and donors
