Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist in Farmington, MO to join our donor floor team. You will perform venipuncture for plasmapheresis and support fast-paced daily operations, working with center staff to ensure a positive donor experience.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in phlebotomy or related field, with a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 pounds, and weekend availability. Competitive pay plus monthly bonuses and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in phlebotomy, medical field, or customer service.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Able to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsabilités

• Own donor floor activities: setup, phlebotomy, disconnect, and documentation.
• Set up donor stations and ensure equipment is calibrated and ready.
• Create a welcoming environment for donors by guiding them through the process.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
