Requirements include 2+ years in phlebotomy or related fields, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Starting pay is $16/hour with monthly bonus potential and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phlebotomy, medical field, or customer service experience.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods; weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture for plasmapheresis and support daily operations.
• Set up donor stations, calibrate equipment, and document activities.
• Create a welcoming environment and work with center staff to ensure donor satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team and take on additional responsibilities for growth.
