Job summary

Gulf Coast Blood is seeking a Customer Experience Liaison in Humble/Kingwood to foster exceptional donor experiences from arrival through post-donation.

This role focuses on addressing donor concerns with empathy, building lasting relationships, and driving donor retention to ensure a stable blood supply for patients across our community. Training will occur at our Houston area facility.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years in customer service or donor services.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome donors with professionalism, warmth, and respect and create personalized donor experiences.
• Serve as primary contact for donor concerns and practice effective service recovery.
• Answer donor inquiries regarding appointments, processes, programs, and services.
• Maintain accurate donor records and documentation.
