Job summary

Gulf Coast Blood seeks a Customer Experience Liaison to advocate for donors throughout their donation journey, delivering personalized experiences that inspire return visits and lifelong support. This role emphasizes empathy, trust, and world‑class service to enhance satisfaction and donor retention.

Training will occur at our Texas Medical Center facility, with hands‑on instruction to ensure a smooth transition and immediate impact on donor experiences from day one.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service, patient experience, donor services, hospitality, or related service‑focused environment.
• Experience handling customer concerns, escalations, or service recovery.
• Experience building customer, donor, patient, or member relationships.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome donors and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Create personalized donor experiences that foster engagement and long‑term loyalty.
• Build meaningful relationships with first‑time and returning donors.
• Recognize and celebrate donor milestones and achievements.
• Encourage repeat donations and support donor retention initiatives.
• Maintain donor records and notes to support engagement.
• Ensure donors feel informed, appreciated, and supported throughout their donation experience.
