Qualifications

• Four years of experience in donor engagement or providing project/administrative support to a senior level executive in higher education or related field.
• Exceptional customer service and prompt, efficient responsiveness to inquiries.
• Strategic partnership with executive management, volunteers, and faculty across levels.
• Strong time and project management with clear priorities and action plans.
• Excellent written and oral communication with diverse internal and external constituents.
• High integrity, discretion, and diplomacy; handles confidential information.
• Speed, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail; adaptable to changing needs.
• Proactive, self-starting, and able to work independently and in teams.
• Creative, resourceful, and capable of operating within a large complex organization.
