Qualifications

Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in fundraising, planned giving, or related field.
Experience with estate planning instruments and bequests.
Experience using databases to track pipelines and generate reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare compelling materials for campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

Manage a designated portfolio of prospects/donors focusing on bequests and charitable gift annuities.
Serve as frontline fundraiser and operational anchor within External Affairs.
Assist campus-wide development officers with technical gift planning strategies and proposals.
Drive program effectiveness by managing pipeline data and donor research, and support legacy society stewardship events.
