Job summary

The Greater Green Bay Community Foundation is seeking a natural relationship-builder who excels at connecting people, ideas, and resources to create meaningful philanthropic impact. The Donor Engagement and Stewardship Manager is responsible for supporting the Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay, leading strategic events and initiatives, and cultivating partnerships that advance the Foundation’s mission.

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position based in our office in Green Bay, WI.

Qualifications

• Experience in donor relations or fundraising is preferred.
• Strong communication and event planning skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with community groups.

Responsibilities

• Support the Women’s Fund initiatives and donor stewardship programs.
• Lead strategic events and initiatives to engage donors and partners.
