Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate donor engagement and stewardship projects across teams.
  • Prepare and write correspondence for senior Institute officers; research and analyze initiatives.
  • Maintain databases and assist with impact reporting; support stewardship plans for donors and groups.
  • Interact with colleagues across departments and act as an ambassador for the office.

PREFERRED: Knowledge of Ellucian Advance Web and FileMaker; experience and interest in higher education and/or advancement.Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed.This is a hybrid position with a combination of on-campus and remote work.9/11/2026
