The role requires 5+ years in marketing or fundraising communications, exceptional writing, and strong project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years in marketing, communications, fundraising, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute communications strategies that engage donors.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling for varied audiences.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development communications strategy aligned with fundraising goals.
• Develop donor-focused messaging tailored to interests and priorities.
• Create a range of donor communications: newsletters, updates, annual reports, proposals.
• Provide copywriting and editorial support for major gift officers and teams.
• Ensure editorial standards and collaborate with marketing and design for branding.
• Develop visual collateral and partner with design for polished materials.
