Job summary

Vitalant is actively seeking a Lead Mobile Phlebotomist in Flagstaff, AZ. You will lead donor care teams across mobile drives, coach staff, and ensure smooth phlebotomy experiences for donors. This role requires leadership capability and phlebotomy expertise, with CDL training potentially required.

Sign-on bonus of $2,500 is offered, along with comprehensive benefits and competitive hourly pay. Travel to various drive sites is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Active driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to complete and pass CDL license program.
• Two years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Supervisory training within six months.

Responsibilities

• Function as an operational lead, coaching staff when needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for blood drive coordinators on-site.
• Coordinate setup and breakdown of equipment for mobile blood drives.
• Ensure donor comfort and information during phlebotomy.
• Assist manager in supervising staff and evaluating performance.
