Qualifications

• Maintain safety, courtesy and positive communication at all times.

• Keep warehouses and sorting areas clean and organized; may handle light groundskeeping.
• Move processed and unprocessed donations between areas; assist with loading/unloading.
• Will be trained and certified on heavy equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations and sort/process merchandise according to procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, sorting areas, storage and surrounding areas.
• Assist in the Donation Drop Off area by sorting and educating donors about programs.
• Support loading/unloading of donated items, ensuring items stay undamaged.
• Work closely with Warehouse staff and supervisors to complete daily duties.
