JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Donations Sorters/Pricers are the “face of Goodwill” to donors. They are friendly, team-oriented, and eager to assist donors. They can lift donations up to 50 lbs. and evaluate merchandise to price it appropriately. We seek individuals who prioritize work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting donors and unloading donations.
2. Providing friendly customer service and assisting with receipts.
3. Maintaining a safe, neat work environment and ensuring efficiency.
4. Cross-training in areas such as Cash Register operation, hanging, inspecting, and tagging textiles and clothing.

Physical requirements include occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds and frequently lifting 10-35 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.
• Availability to work most store hours, including evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm, and Sunday from 1pm.
• Pay: $13.50/hour.
