Qualifications

• Reliable transportation. Ability to work a flexible schedule at multiple locations including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be willing to obtain a forklift license if able.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers immediately upon entering store.
• Sorts and grades all donations and truck shipments.
• Operates cash register for pleasant transactions.
• Identifies merchandise for online sales.
• Marks and stocks new goods merchandise.
• Greets donors pleasantly at their car.
• Distributes donations to proper areas.
• Offers tax receipt form to each donor.
• Sorts material for salvage.
• Prevents theft by staying alert.
• Assists with store maintenance tasks.
• Advises new team members on duties.
• Maintains store condition and safety.
• Collaborates within department for service opportunities.
• Prepares outgoing truck loads.
• Assists truck driver in loading/unloading.
• Minimizes waste and maximizes recycling.
• Ensures equipment safety.
• Completes all work requirements.
