• Assist, as required, with store operations.
• Serve all customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Handle all donations with care and donors with respect and courtesy.
• Handle merchandise with proper categorization and color coding.
• Restock, tag, and rag out merchandise as directed.
• Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area.
• Report theft, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Support the work therapy program component of The Salvation Army ARC.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
