Land-of-Lincoln-Goodwill-Industrie is seeking a Retail Associate to become the face of our mission in serving customers and donors. You will handle donated goods, price items, operate cash registers, and assist with merchandising on the sales floor.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
• Performs all register transactions accurately.
• Maintain cash register stock level according to standards.
• Follow sales floor procedures, ensure high-quality output, and take action to correct quality problems.
• Unload, inspect, sort, and process donated goods following the current SOP.
