Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Donations Processor to handle donated goods and provide excellent donor service. You will sort items and pass them to pricing staff to meet daily production goals while upholding the organization's mission.

In a typical day, you’ll operate store procedures, maintain an welcoming environment for customers, and support training for program participants.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to interact with a diverse population in a human services setting

Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Follows policies and procedures and executes directives in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Creates a high level of customer service throughout the store ensuring customers experience a welcoming atmosphere.
• Services and Programs: Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
• Safety: Help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.
