Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a part-time Donations Processor to handle incoming donated goods and deliver excellent donor service in our Rochester store. You will sort items and pass them to pricing staff to meet daily production goals while upholding the organization's mission.

In this role you will maintain a welcoming store environment, support customers and program participants, and follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet daily production goals.
• Excellent decision-making skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Experience working with diverse populations in human services is a plus.
• Part-time schedule up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Follows policies and procedures and executes directives in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Creates a high level of customer service throughout the store ensuring customers experience a welcoming atmosphere.
• Services and Programs: Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
• Safety: Help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.
