Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a part‑time Donations Processor for our Faribault store. You will receive donated goods, deliver them to pricing staff, and provide friendly customer service while upholding the organization's mission.

In this role you’ll follow store policies, help maintain a welcoming environment, and support program participants. The position offers flexible hours, PTO, and competitive benefits alongside a values‑driven team.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Store operations: follow policies and procedures and execute directives in a timely manner.
• Customer service: create a high level of customer service throughout the store ensuring customers feel welcome.
• Services and programs: provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
• Safety: help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.
• Pay range: $14.20 - $19.52/hr.
