Goodwill’s Aberdeen, WA store is seeking a Full Time Donation Attendant to process and sort donations from the community and support our mission of education, job placement, and career pathway services. The role offers a $17.13 hourly rate and involves responsibilities such as unloading/loading trucks, maintaining clean donation areas, greeting donors, and keeping required records.

Responsibilities

• Accepting donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary
• Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris
• Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided
• Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills: greets donors, carries donations from donor’s vehicle to the center, and provides donor receipt if requested.
• Exercises good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely as possible.
• Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.
