Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Saint John, Indiana seeks a donation sorter to efficiently receive, sort, price, tag, and stock donations from the drive-thru to the sales floor. You will support a fast-paced retail operation under the Store Manager’s supervision and uphold the Goodwill mission and core values.

You will greet donors, ensure quality sorting, and help keep inventory organized while using the POS for purchases and handling cash. Teamwork and safety awareness are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and positive donor interactions.
• Strong attention to detail in sorting and pricing donated items.
• Ability to learn donation policies quickly.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety procedures.
