The Position

Are you an active individual who enjoys fast-paced variety throughout the day? Do you thrive in interacting with people?

As a Donor Greeter, You Will

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors
• Report an accurate daily donor count
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing
• Provide world-class customer service to all customers and donors

The Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
• Willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation

The Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 40 pounds regularly
