Job summary

CommunityAid Inc in Selinsgrove, PA is seeking a part-time Donations Associate – Level 2 to greet donors, sort donations, and assist in warehouse production. You will handle monetary and item transactions with speed, maintain safety, and use an electronic tablet for tracking. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is preferred.

Starting wage details and wage growth are provided, with opportunities to learn basic production tasks and disinfection processes. Prior donation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for heavy machinery certification.
• Scheduling flexibility with evenings and weekends.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Maintain consistent attendance and weekly hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a friendly, professional manner and ensure a positive donation experience.
• Sort donations quickly by department and identify unsellable items.
• Track movement of donated goods using an electronic tablet.
• Assist with production tasks such as disinfection and pricing.
• Follow safety standards and participate in daily huddles and shift handoffs.
