This range is provided by Goodwill Southeast Georgia. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Typical Day

Customer Service

• Ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction
• Greet donors courteously and promptly
• Assist with unloading donations and provide tax receipts
• Maintain accurate donation records

Donation Processing

• Sort donations into categories
• Process hard goods first
• Complete processing within 24 hours

Facility Maintenance

• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Transport and operate trash compactors safely
• Follow safety policies and report hazards

Team Support & Other Duties

• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with management to meet goals
• Participate in store activities and training

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to assess donations quickly
• Good reading and writing skills
• Ability to lift 40-60 lbs and push 100 lbs
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
