SBCS Corporation is seeking a Donation Warehouse Associate in Chula Vista to receive, sort, and organize donated goods for families in our community. The role includes maintaining inventory, assisting clients in the boutique, and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.

Status: Regular, non-exempt
Salary: $24 per hour.
Schedule: This position is scheduled for 10 hours per week. Employees must be available to work a minimum of five (5) hours per shift, on set days and times.

SBCS receives all types of donations—clothes, furniture, toys, books, hygiene products, brand new unsold merchandise, etc. Our dedicated warehouse staff go through donations and organize a “boutique” for families to find necessary items. This includes staging items and making the space welcoming.
Under the supervision of the VP of Administrative Operations, the Donation Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, sorting, organizing, and processing a wide variety of used and new donated items. Responsibilities include staging merchandise, maintaining inventory organization, ensuring the warehouse and boutique areas remain clean and orderly, and supporting donation distribution activities. Services will be in keeping with the agency goals, objectives, mission, and style provided within a team framework.
