Responsibilities

• Unloads: tallys full donation containers with a supervisor and unloads quickly to set production pace.
• Processing: moves saleable items to the proper sorter and ensures variety for efficient flow.
• Workstation: keeps area clean and organized, replaces empty carts, and communicates with supervisor and sorters.
• Safety: follows arc safety policy, reports hazards, and maintains hazard-free environment.
• Other duties: works well as a team member and may perform additional tasks as requested.
