Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC is seeking Trailer Attendants to be the face of the organization for donors at our donation trailer sites. This role involves unloading donations from donor vehicles, issuing receipts, and keeping the trailer area clean and secure.

Applicants should be prepared for outdoor work in varying conditions, with potential lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent standing; prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload donations from donor vehicles and issue receipts.
• Sort and store donations in the trailer; keep area clean, orderly and secure.
• Assist donors and acknowledge their support.
• Work outside in varied conditions; expect physical activity including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
