Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina, Inc. is seeking Trailer Attendants to greet donors and help with donation trailers. You will unload donations, issue receipts, sort and store items, and keep the trailer area clean and secure.

The role requires working outdoors in varying conditions, with occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and potential stairs or ladders. High School Diploma preferred and prior customer service helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload donations from donor vehicles and offer/issue a receipt for every donor.
• Sort and store donations in the trailer, and maintain cleanliness, order and security of the trailer area.
• Work outdoors in varying conditions; may require lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional stairs or ladders.
