Qualifications

• Ensures proper use of Personal Protective Equipment when required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb; lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed production quotas set by management.
• Sort and process donations without discarding valuable items.
• Use material handling equipment to move gaylords and barrels.
• Maintain accurate operation records and timely reports.
• Keep the building and grounds clean, neat, and safe; report repairs.
• Promote teamwork and maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Follow safety procedures and attend trainings.
• Attend to other duties as assigned.
