Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a motivated Donation Services Associate for the Belleview Store and Smoky Hill Donation Center in Aurora, CO. You will greet customers, process donations, and help maintain safe, organized donation areas.

Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred, with outdoor work in all weather. Responsibilities include unloading donations, inspecting items, assisting drivers, and following safety procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accept donations in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Unload donations from vehicles and load into donation centers as needed.
• Sort donated items into appropriate bins and maintain a clean, safe work area.
