Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Must be 18+ and able to work flexible shifts across store hours.
• Able to read, write and perform simple math.
• Able to work in an open warehouse with varied weather conditions.
• Willing to learn and use equipment and technology.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sort, hang, price, tag, and move product to the sales floor to meet production and sales goals.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes, etc., including sorting, pricing, tagging, and moving product to the sales floor.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all quality and production standards set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor.
• Be aware of daily, weekly and monthly production and sales goals.
• Assist Ecommerce with item selection.
• Support daily operations and other tasks designated by management.
• Adhere to manuals, policies and safety requirements.
