Description

Position starts at $15.00 with annual merit increases and production bonuses. All team members are eligible for a variety of career development and skill training classes at no cost and can enjoy a generous team member discount. Full time team members are also eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance along with paid time off.

Summary

Works at donation center area to receive, sort, and price merchandise and keeps building and grounds clean at a retail store and donation center by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer service by greeting donors, unloading donations from vehicles upon request, and issuing donation receipts.
  • Separating clothing, non-clothing items, and higher-value items, and placing them in appropriate locations.
  • Inspecting all donations for safety standards.
  • Pricing merchandise as directed by Store Management and moving items to the sales floor.
  • Loading and unloading trailers of merchandise.
  • Maintaining and cleaning the work area following SOP guidelines.
  • Documenting donor numbers accurately upon arrival.
  • Performing custodial duties throughout the shift.
  • Removing shopping carts from the store grounds and returning them inside.
  • Reporting security or theft issues to management.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Additional Responsibilities: Performing other duties as assigned by store management.
