Job summary

The role requires at least two years of DOT Class A truck route experience, a valid Class A CDL with Air Brake endorsement, and the ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift-gates.

Qualifications

• Two years DOT Class A truck route experience.
• Valid Class A DOT driver’s license with Air Brake endorsement.
• Ability to read maps and follow directions.
• Experience with forklift, pallet jack, and lift-gate.
• Willingness to work long and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation, unloading, and proper documentation of all products transported in compliance with policies.
• Receive donations from donors with proper handling and documentation for receiving.
• Adhere to quality standards and dispose of non-conforming product; report concerns.
• Operate Freestore Foodbank vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and routine maintenance; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
