Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. seeks a Donation Door Attendant to greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and sort items into proper containers. The role requires standing, lifting 20–100 pounds, and maintaining cleanliness in donation areas.

Work is in a fast-paced setting, with expectations to meet daily goals and follow established Best Practices. Candidates must be able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires ability to move 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.

• Greet donors and provide top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in unloading donations and sort them into proper containers by category.
• Keep donation areas clean inside and out and meet daily goals.
• Follow ESGW Best Practices and assist in all operational tasks as directed.

The Donation Door Attendant greets and assists donors in a fast-paced environment. Provides top-notch service to donors. Assists in unloading vehicles of donations. Treats donations with respect. Is a self-starter - stays busy, and sorts all donations into proper containers by categories. Cleans the donation areas, both inside and out. Strives to meet daily goals. Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Must assist in all aspects of operations, as directed.

Requirements

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
