Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Donation Door Attendant to greet donors and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced setting. You will help unload vehicles, sort donations into proper containers by category, and keep donation areas clean both inside and out.

This entry-level role requires physical stamina, the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and a commitment to the nonprofit's values.

Qualificações

• Standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift 20–100 pounds with or without assistance.
• Tolerance to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Ability to move independently within the facility.
• Background check is required for all positions.

Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Must assist in all aspects of operations, as directed.

Requirements

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.
