Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking an entry-level Donation Door Attendant to greet donors and provide friendly service at a fast-paced donation site. The role includes unloading donations, sorting items, and maintaining clean donation areas.

You will work under ESGW Best Practices and support all operational duties as directed. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical/vision/dental, PTO, retirement plan, tuition assistance, and discounts.

Qualificações

• Standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Hands use for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, fine manipulation.
• Move 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.

Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Must assist in all aspects of operations, as directed.

Requirements

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.
