Job summary

St. Vincent de Paul is seeking a Dock Sorter/Processor to join our warehouse team in Meridian, Idaho. You will help unload donations from customer vehicles, sort merchandise, and keep the dock organized to support our community.

This active, hands-on role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and providing friendly service to donors. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other family-friendly perks.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required.
• Reliable, hardworking and friendly with a strong work ethic.
• Able to stay active throughout the workday and follow safety rules.
• Capable of lifting and moving donated items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers dropping off donations.
• Help safely unload donations from customer vehicles.
• Sort and process donated merchandise according to established procedures.
• Move, lift, carry, push, and pull donated items throughout the work area.
• Keep the donation dock and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Properly handle materials and items that cannot be accepted or processed.
• Follow safety procedures and organizational policies.
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors and coworkers to keep donations moving efficiently.
• Help maintain a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
