You will sort donations, keep the area clean and safe, provide receipts, and follow safety procedures while delivering friendly service to shoppers and donors alike.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.

• Able to use a phone, fax and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Accepts and sorts donated goods using racks, pallets or similar.
• Removes and discards trash from donated merchandise.
• Keep records: Daily Log, Daily Status Report and Pickup Schedule.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Keep interior and exterior of the building free of trash and debris.
• Maintain lawn and weed areas, mowing and spraying as needed.
• Provide customers with receipts and all required corporate handouts.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager.
