Base Pay Range

$12.00/hr - $12.00/hr

Responsibilities

1. Ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
2. Greet donors promptly and courteously within 10 seconds; assist with unloading donations, offer tax receipts, and maintain accurate daily donation counts.
3. Manage donated items, ensuring they remain property of Memphis Goodwill and are used appropriately.
4. Organize donations into categories.
5. Maintain the drive-through and ADC site according to safety and image standards.
6. Order and manage supplies efficiently, securing and using them properly.
7. Follow all policies and safety practices, reporting hazards or injuries.
8. Accurately track and count donations and equipment.
9. Operate material handling equipment safely and report hazards.
10. Assist the Transportation team with delivery and pickup of equipment as needed.
11. Perform duties within the framework of our Guiding Principles.
12. Communicate with trainers and leadership about site opportunities and support peers as needed.
13. Participate in activities outside of Goodwill if required.
14. Attend training sessions as assigned.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
