Role Overview: ADC Attendant

As an ADC Attendant, you will:

• Support Goodwill’s mission, vision, and values through your actions and decisions.
• Maintain confidentiality of agency, employee, and participant information.
• Be punctual and dependable.
• Follow the GRATIS protocol in interactions with donors:
• Greet donors at their vehicle.
• Hand out receipts to donors.
• Assist donors by unloading donations.
• Thank donors for their contributions.
• Invite donors to return.
• Sort donations into approved categories and equipment.

Record donation details and ensure receipts are signed and dated.

Provide excellent customer service and address complaints appropriately.

Perform tasks according to training and policies.

Ensure security of assets and donations.

Communicate effectively with management, peers, and donors.

Promote teamwork and cooperation.

Assist with loading/unloading trucks.

Keep work area organized and clean.

Follow safety procedures and report hazards.

Attend training and meetings as required.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
