Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and carry short distances.
• Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Friendly and courteous demeanor when interacting with donors and the public.

Responsibilities

• Collect donations from donors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Record information related to donations on company-issued equipment.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing Second Cycle.
• Organize donations within the designated trailer.
• Assist drivers during the loading process when pickups are scheduled.
• Always provide friendly and welcoming service to donors and the public.
