Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing skills and ability to perform simple math.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors promptly and courteously, assist with unloading donations and provide tax receipts.
• Record donor information and maintain daily donation counts.
• Sort donations into saleable, salvage, or trash categories.
• Keep the donation site clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Safeguard all items and report safety or maintenance concerns as needed.
