Goodwill Manasota, Inc. is hiring a Donation Center Attendant in Boca Raton, FL. You will greet donors, unload donations, and issue tax receipts while keeping the site clean and safe. You will record donor data, count donations, and sort items for sale, salvage, or trash.

The role requires strong customer service, basic math, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work flexible shifts is essential.

As a Donation Center Attendant, you are the first point of contact for donors at our attended donation centers. You’ll provide friendly and efficient customer service, assist with unloading donations, maintain a clean and safe site, and ensure all donations are processed responsibly and in line with Goodwill’s mission and values.

What You’ll Do:

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to forty (40) pounds with no support regularly. Over forty (40) pounds request for additional team member assistance as needed.
• Able to perform tasks that require repetitive motion. Manual dexterity is required.
