Job summary

Evansville Goodwill is seeking a Donor Greeter to welcome donors and customers with friendly service while supporting donation processing and store operations. The role includes assisting with pricing, sorting items, and providing guidance to volunteers.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, basic English literacy, and the ability to pass background checks and drug testing. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is desired.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Must pass skills and knowledge assessment, drug test, and background check

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers and provide assistance with basic questions
• Sort donations and price donated goods within guidelines
• Maintain records of donations and issue receipts; assist in training team members
• Load/sort materials and perform janitorial tasks as assigned
• Work with others in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety procedures
