Job summary

Red-White-and-Blue-Thrift-Stor is seeking a Driver to operate a box truck, collect donated items, and provide excellent donor service. You will safely load, transport, and unload items while maintaining accurate donation records.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass MVRC checks, and the stamina to lift heavy items, with a focus on reliable, friendly interactions with donors.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check.
• Proven ability to operate a box truck safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations for large commercial vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to a set schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck following all traffic rules and regulations.
• Follow designated pickup routes efficiently to maximize donations.
• Communicate with donors courteously and professionally while coordinating pickups.
• Load and unload donated items into and out of the pickup vehicle safely.
• Record donation details accurately and securely transport items to the warehouse.
