Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck following all traffic rules and regulations.
• Follow designated pickup routes efficiently to maximize donations collected and minimize travel time.
• Communicate with donors courteously and professionally.
• Load and unload donated items safely.
• Ensure items are handled with care and securely packed for transport.
• Maintain a clean, organized pickup vehicle and report safety concerns.
• Record donation details accurately, including donor information.
• Provide exceptional customer service and thank donors for contributions.
• Report unique or valuable donations to management.
• Follow health and safety protocols when handling items.
• Unload donations at store and organize for sorting and processing.
• Stay informed about the organization’s mission and goals.
