Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids is seeking a Donation and Backroom Attendant on site in Grand Rapids. The role involves greeting donors, assisting with donations, loading and unloading trucks, and accurately sorting donations.

You will safely operate backroom equipment such as double stacker and pallet jack, and you must be able to lift 25–50 pounds. Minimum age 18 and a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Due to the equipment used, applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors with a friendly and outgoing attitude.
• Assist donors with donations.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Accurately sort donations.
• Safely operate backroom equipment, including double stacker and pallet jack.
• Think and plan in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move 25–50 pounds.
