Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Donations Associate to assist customers with donated goods and perform safe pre-sorting of donations. You will ensure accurate labeling and help unload donations, while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
You should be reliable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and willing to work evenings and weekends. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and a background check will be required.
Contribute to the mission of Goodwill by assisting customers with donated goods. Responsible for the timely, accurate and safe pre-sorting of donations.
The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Associates are required to follow Goodwill's safety rules and regulations, as outlined in Goodwill's policies.
This associate may have access to Confidential Information (CI) and is required to be familiar with the Goodwill Privacy policy 10.23 related to the handling of CI, and follow all related procedures required to protect the privacy and security of CI.
