Job summary

Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region in Aberdeen, WA is seeking a Full Time Donation Attendant to join our production team. You will process and sort donations, greet donors, and help ensure a clean, efficient donation area.

The role requires handling donations, assisting with truck loading/unloading, and providing donor receipts as needed. Training on handling supplies will be provided; excellent customer service is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must possess exceptional customer service skills: greets donors, carries donations from donor's vehicle to the center, and provides donor receipt if requested.
• Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris.
• Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided.
• Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers.
• Exercises good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely as possible.
• Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.

Hourly Rate: $17.13 per hour

Position Summary:

As a member of the Goodwill production team, Donation Attendants will be responsible for processing and sorting the donations provided by our community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Donation Attendant responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:

• Accepting donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary
